Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Tiny Link (tiny-link.us). By creating or using a short link, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Acceptable use

Tiny Link is a free tool offered in good faith. You agree to use it lawfully and not to create links that point to, promote, or facilitate:

• Phishing or credential theft of any kind.
• Malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Spam, or bulk unsolicited or automated abuse of the service.
• Illegal content or activity under applicable law.
• Deceptive destinations — cloaking, bait-and-switch, or misrepresenting where a link leads.

Screening and deactivation

Destinations may be screened automatically or manually. We may deactivate any link, refuse service, or block a custom name at our discretion — including links reported as abusive or found to violate these Terms — with or without notice. A deactivated link stops redirecting.

Custom names

Custom link names are first-come, first-served and may use letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores only. We may reclaim or refuse names that are abusive, impersonate others, or infringe on rights.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any link will remain active indefinitely.

Destination content and liability

Tiny Link only shortens and redirects to destinations that users choose. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for the content of any destination site. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service or from the content of any linked destination, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
